BRINGING POINT NEIGHBORHOOD YOUTH TOGETHER FOR A DAY OF SERVICE
Youth Get to the Point Day is an opportunity for youth in The Point neighborhood and the community at large to take part in the annual Global Youth Service Month. Youth have the opportunity to make an impact in the community. Volunteers compete in a trash clean-up challenge; all bags are weighed, and the teams with the most trash will win a prize! Other service activities for the day include: painting picnic tables and flower pots, planting flowers, and more.
